Terms of service
1. Provider
The service is provided by [OÜ name], reg. code [code], [address], Estonia, email hello@prekyc.eu.
2. What the service includes
We review the document file you upload for completeness against typical KYC requirements of banks and e-money institutions (EMIs), and prepare a gap report: what is in order, what is missing, and which document may close each gap.
3. What it does not include
The report is not legal, tax or financial advice. We do not open accounts, submit documents on your behalf, or guarantee any bank’s or EMI’s decision. The bank always decides under its own rules.
4. Price and timing
Standard report: €49, delivered within 48 hours of upload. Urgent report: €147, within 24 hours. Payment by card via Stripe.
5. Refusal of service
We document the real path of funds. We may decline to prepare a report if a request involves hiding the origin of funds, circumventing sanctions, or other signs of unlawful activity. Refunds in that case follow the refund policy.
6. Your obligations
You upload only genuine documents you are entitled to share, and provide accurate information.
7. Liability
The report is based only on the documents you upload. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the report, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. This does not remove protection a consumer has under mandatory rules of their country of residence.
