Refund policy
Full refund before upload
If you have paid but not yet uploaded documents, email hello@prekyc.eu and we refund the full amount to your card within 14 days.
After upload
Before paying, you ask us to start as soon as you upload your documents and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. No refund is given after documents are uploaded.
